How to place and order?
You can visit our website at www.ceremonygifts.co from any device to place your order directly.
You can WhatsApp us at +971563553285 (between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday) to place your order. Orders received after 10:00 PM will be processed the following day.
We accept inquiries via DM for your convenience, a member of our team will guide you through the process.
Please note that all official order confirmations are shared exclusively via email to ensure clarity and consistency. Response times may vary outside business hours.
What information do I need to give when placing an order?
We require the following information from you for placing an order:

Product Customization
How to place a custom order?
To place a custom order or request specialty gifting options, you can:
- WhatsApp us at +971 56 3553 285 to share your customization request and receive assistance from our team.
- To place a custom order, you may select the Custom Gifting option on our website and submit your request. A dedicated member of our team will get in touch with you shortly.
Once design/customization details are confirmed, the order becomes final and changes/cancellations are not accepted because production begins immediately.
Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect order is delivered.
Order Confirmation and Details
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email, Whatsapp or SMS along with your order number.
Can I make changes to my confirmed order?
Please note all orders are considered final once confirmed. After confirmation, changes/cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized/perishable items.
Kindly double-check your order details before confirming, as changes may not be possible after processing begins.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill (e.g., inventory, safety, fraud checks), and as required by law.
What does my order status mean?
Payment Received: We’ve successfully received the payment for your order. Thank you!
Payment Declined: Unfortunately, your payment was unsuccessful. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance.
Order Processing: Your order is currently being prepared. We’ll notify you once it’s on the way.
Awaiting Response: We’ve reached out to you regarding product unavailability, customization approval, or missing order details. Your order processing is on hold until we receive your response.
Order Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. We hope you enjoy it!
Delivery Attempted: We attempted to deliver your order, but couldn’t complete it due to one of the following reasons:
- The recipient was unavailable
- The provided contact number was unreachable
- The address was incomplete or incorrect
Returned to Origin: Our courier partner made three delivery attempts but was unable to deliver the order due to one or more of the following:
- Recipient unavailable or refusal at delivery.
- Contact number unreachable
- Address incomplete or incorrect

We currently offer complimentary Standard Delivery to Dubai and Sharjah on orders above AED 500.
For orders below AED 500, delivery charges will apply based on the delivery type selected: Standard, Fixed Time, Same-Day or Midnight Delivery.
Please note that free delivery above AED 500 covers only Standard Delivery (valid in Dubai and Sharjah only) ; all other delivery types will incur additional charges regardless of order value.
Delivery timelines are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases, delays may occur.
Do you provide same day delivery service?
We’re happy to accommodate last-minute orders with same-day delivery on selected products.
- Same-Day Standard Delivery: Orders must be confirmed by 3:00 PM
- Same-Day Fixed-Time Delivery: Orders must be confirmed by 4:00 PM
- Same-Day Midnight Delivery: Orders must be confirmed by 5:00 PM
Kindly note: Same-day delivery is available only for selected products in Dubai and Sharjah and must be pre-approved by our team before placing the order. Availability may vary based on product type, delivery location, and time of inquiry.
Not all items qualify - please confirm with our team before placing urgent orders.
what are your other special delivery services?
Fixed-Time Deliveries
We offer fixed-time delivery slots with an approx. 2 hour buffer window to allow for route planning and traffic conditions.
Midnight Deliveries (Same-Day)
To ensure a smooth 12:00 AM surprise, please place your order latest by 5:00 PM on the same day.
Our couriers may capture a photo, timestamp, or recipient name as proof of delivery; by placing an order you accept this as delivery confirmation.
Orders placed after the cut-off will automatically roll over to the next available delivery window.
Are there any additional charges for failed or rescheduled deliveries?
Yes, a re-delivery fee may apply in the event of missed deliveries or last-minute changes to the delivery date or address. We recommend timely updates to avoid these charges.
Delivery Attempts and Restrictions
We collaborate with trusted and efficient delivery partners to ensure your gifts reach safely and on time. However, please understand:
- We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, or the recipient being unavailable. Where access is restricted (e.g. gated communities, security desks, or no answer), we will attempt to reach the recipient/sender.
- Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
- With your consent, we may leave items with security, doorstep or a neighbor. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the designated person/location.
While we strive to spread joy across the UAE, please note that:
- We do not deliver to military zones, P.O. Boxes, or restricted and high-risk areas, including but not limited to certain industrial zones, labor camps, or any location deemed unsafe or inaccessible by our courier partners.
- If you're unsure whether your location is serviceable, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
- For surprise deliveries, please ensure the recipient or a proxy can receive within the selected window.
Order Delays Returns and Refunds
How do you handle delays or unavailable products?
We always aim to deliver your orders right on time, but sometimes unexpected delays happen beyond our control. If your delivery is going to be late, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
- If any product or item in your order becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out to you quickly to explain the situation. Once we hear back from you, you can decide whether to cancel that part of your order or accept a suitable substitute. After your confirmation, we’ll take care of the rest and reprocess your order accordingly.
- Please understand that while we do our best, we can’t be held responsible for delays or unavailability caused by factors outside our control.
What is your return policy?
At Ceremony, every gift is handcrafted and personalized with care to match your unique requests. Due to the custom nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
We follow strict quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. For any claims related to damage or incorrect items, we require clear videographic evidence (unboxing video) shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Your satisfaction means everything to us and we promise to resolve such issues swiftly and thoughtfully.
In what cases am I not eligible for a refund?
Refunds Are Not Applicable In the Following Cases:
Incorrect Address Provided: If the order (including flowers, edibles, gift products, or preserved items) is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender, we cannot process a refund.
Recipient Unavailable or Refusal: Refunds will not be issued if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the item at the provided address.
Damage Due to Mishandling: We cannot be held responsible for product quality issues arising from improper handling or storage by the recipient after delivery.
Post-Processing Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
How are refunds processed in approved cases, and when will I get mine?
Online refunds (when approved) are processed directly to the original payment method within 8 - 12 working days of approval. However, depending on your bank, payment provider or mode of payment, it may take longer for the amount to reflect in your account.
All refunds will be credited to the same debit card, credit card, or mobile wallet used during the original transaction.
Product Care
What’s the best way to maintain the quality of my gift?
Edibles: Some products may contain or be processed near nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, or other allergens. If you/recipient have allergies, please inform us before ordering. We will relay manufacturer labels where applicable; however, we do not manufacture third‑party edibles and cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.
Storage: Please follow any care instructions we provide (e.g., keep chocolates cool; consume perishable items promptly). We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
Heat: Chocolate and temperature‑sensitive products may soften/melt during UAE summers. We pack responsibly, but heat damage after handover is not covered.
Substitution Policy
What is your Substitution Policy?
At Ceremony, every order is handcrafted with care and attention. Because many of our products rely on seasonal availability, market conditions, or third-party suppliers, there may be times when an exact item shown online is unavailable.
- Design & Style First: We will try to preserve the overall theme & value of the product.
- Similar Taste/Design: Substituted items may be of similar taste or design sample, but not always the identical SKU or label pictured.
- Equal or Greater Value: Any substituted component will be of equal or greater value.
- Core Items: If a core item is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you in advance for approval.
- Custom Orders: For custom/bespoke orders, substitutions are made only if confirmed by the customer in advance.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor variations may occur, but our priority remains to deliver a beautiful, thoughtful gift that reflects the spirit of your selection.
